Default My Kooks 1-7/8 Header Install Pictures

Well dudes I spent about 9+ hours installing my Kooks headers last night at BoostLogic. Everything came out amazing and I'm extremely happy with the fit and finish. The install was incredibly easy ONCE I removed the damn stock stuff which took about 5 of those 9+ hours.

I heat cycled and adjust everything a few times today and it's essentially perfect. I used some really high end thermo wrap to protect any lines/hoses that could be in damage near these Kooks Bad boys.

Questions, comments suggestions please!

kooks are the best!
Had their 1 7/8" headers on my c5Z. The drivers side was a bitch tho.

Also, looks like the best time to do headers on a C6Z is when you do a oil change.

On the C6 Z06, the passenger side is the BIATCH!

All in all great product, would be nice if they could include a bracket for the rear O2 sensors.

I installed ARH 1 7/8s on my C5z w/ jackstands and the passenger side was the same way.

Does Boost Logic tune domestics? I'm looking for a shop to do mine after CAI/LTs.

I did ARH 1 7/8 on my Z a few months back. We had to take off the passenger side motor mount and raise up the passenger side with a jack to slide it in. Took me and a buddy about 4 hours, everything else was cake you can't beat ARH or Kooks for quality and fitment.
