Default c5z 1 3/4 LG street series longtubes is it a problem??

i have c5 z16z i recently did a cam / full exhaust set up .... new clutch ect... a few people said the lg have good header to floor clearance tht they are almost flush to the vehicle underneath... now after getting the car bacvk done n tuned ect... i look under the vehicle and i can see the headers not flush at alllll... now im afraid of bottoming out on bumbs ect... does anybody have the same issue with the LG street 1 3/4 longtubes... thanks on the imput fellas.. can u guys post a pic of these headers from a side view underneath the car... thanks

My ARH 1 7/8s stick down a bit. I haven't scraped them yet. How much have you lowered your car?

its still sitting stock height i was planning on lowering on stock bolts but i am afraid of hitting the header.. but how much do your ARH stick down mine id say about 2 - 3 inches...

also howm much power is ur c5 putting down with those n r u cammed...jus curious..

I have a c5 FRC and street LG's but they do not hang down at all.

I think your asking a bit much from a set of LONGTUBES....

I have LG Super Pros with the 3'' X pipe..im lowerd with a longer bolt in the rear and front bolt removed...they are pretty close to the ground LOL like i said you cant expect a good set of LT's to tuck up like factory man...

I have the LG Longtubes and just looked underside. They are 1-1/2" below the floor pan. Plenty of clearance...been running them for about 4 years now.

how many miles are on the car? maybe it's time for some new motor mounts?

Default LG pros

I ran them on my 03Z for several years. At the stock ride height I had no issues at all. Great fit and made 380 to the wheels with tuning.

My lg pros are close..but nothing major..just keep the "heavier girls" out and you will be fine...

2-3" is way more iirc. I'll try to get a pic of mine tonight and post it for you to compare.

It was 390rwhp without a tune with just a CAI + the ARHs. We'll see how much my tuning added when I go back in the next few months.
