Scanner won't connect to Z06

I got a 08 z and My hptuners scanner won't connect to it to read codes. I'm starting to think the ecm might be the problem but just got the car so not too sure. It runs fine and the obdII connectors look clean? Please give me some advice thanks

Whoops! You are trying to read just the codes. Not sure what the problem.

Check the fuses - if you popped the fuse you would't have power at the OBD2 port.

OBD2 has power no fuses blown
