what is the biggest rear tire size that can fit on the zo6 rim 2001 model?

not sure; but 315/18 is common for BFG-DR and i think 335/18 Pilots fit with minor adjustment (?).

I currently have 335/18 Pilot Sports on my 2001 Z....They fit great!

Whats the biggest I can put on a 18x9.5 Z06 wheel? I have 275's on there now and they look small.

Chevydan,
If your driving the car at high speeds I would not put anything wider than what the tire manufacture recommends! IMPO I would not go any larger than a 315..
