i tried the beans website and couldn't get any years, all the build dates on the lines/tanks are from 12/2001-1/2002

Does it appear that both fuel lines go to the motor? If so, it's a 97-98 fuel system.

2 tanks and the fuel filter does not include a presure regulater so it is 97/98 c5

I agree with this.I have a 99,and the fuel filter has the regulator built in,and looks alot different from what you have pictured.The 97-98s,have a return line going to the rails,you also have 2 lines heading toward the motor.99 up don't.
