Default New look for the Strom Trooper FRC

Just did this the other day(yesterday)...couldn't pass up the offer.

Oh...and I didn't know I was even being filmed on this....which was today.

http://s70.photobucket.com/albums/i8...t=Mov01168.flv

The car has alot of mods....the exhaust you hear, which honestly, this video does nothing for it(you really gotta hear this bitch scream at 4700rpm to 6900rpm....WOW)(we're gonna try and do some good video of her this weekend, from another car.
My exhaust is LG motorsports PRO long tubes, 3 inch off road X pipe, no cats, and B&B bullet mufflers.

Heads and cam specs are not open to the general public.

...and this video is of my old car, that was a cam only LS1,...with LG pro long tube PROTOTYPE(with V band flanges, on of the very first sets) headers, into a STOCK modified H pipe, no cats.....and I had BORLA BULLET muflers on the car.

http://s70.photobucket.com/albums/i8...=cruise018.flv

I have cam spec for that car. It made 401rwhp with longtubes, stock catback, ls6 intake, vararam, plugs, wires, and diablosport tune.

Thank you all for the compliments. It's much appreciated, since I had a rough *** week...even rougher day.

Yes, the first video is the latest stage of my car. The second one was my OLD car that spit the pressure plate out of it, so that one is KAPUT. It was a much milder cam, with BORLA catback. I think the packing must have been blown out, cause it was the loudest set of borla's i've ever heard.

The first video,...was with, as you already know, full exhaust. However,...those of you taht hadn't yet had the chance to do heads and cam, intake...and have exhaust, your cars NOTE, will change.

For example. This current car, I didn't have ALL the parts at once, so I had to do alot of the heads and cam process, in stages. Here's how it went,...

First, LG long tubes, no cats with B&B catback. Car sounded sick, thanks mostly to the long tubes. Then, the FAST 90/90.... which also, changed the way the car sounded, throughout the entire rpm band.

Then, the heads went on...again, the car changed audible note, getting more and more "crisp" sounding. Then, the camshaft, which again, made the car sound, more refined, through the rpm band. You hear the differences mostly at 3200 rpm and up. At 3900 rpm the car HOWLS like a formula car,....at 4700rpm...it's pissed off... at 6800 rpm...well...if theres a cop around, i'm going to jail...no question about it.

SPEED_DEMON:... yup, just got the new wheels. Awesome price, coudln't resist. Soo happy I did it. Gives the car a whole new personality.

As far as camera cars...i've got a few to choose from but, i'm gonna probably have to go with the quietest...if possible. Probably Ricky's RX7(V8 turbo).... since that was my closest race on motor. The video, if they are taken this weekend....will probably be somewhat ***** footed...since every time I get on it now my hydraulics go to **** on my clutch. So...we'll see.

Again, thanks everyone for the sound compliments...i'm happy that you all like it. My buddies say it sounds crazy....people look at me on the highway like WTF is wrong with this dude.

I love it.

See you fella's (and lady-kelly)!!!

lol. Thanks bro. Yeah, these tires are a little crazy. They don't hook too well....it is like skateing on ice. Coming off of on ramps gets a little crazy man....third gear and sideways at the top of the turn is a little wacky.

Only thing going is for me and the lack of traction is my clutch problem. So, right now, these tires will do the job.

Those toyo's you have are nuts. I can't belive your car doesn't spin out at WOT.

I'll talk to you this week pimpin'.

lol....thanks man.

I try and represent for the LSX world when I can... I've got a ways to go bfore i'm ranked that high but..i'd say atleast on the street...it runs hard. Hopefully some track time will come right after the clutch install.

Stay tuned...hopefully she'll be getting faster before the years over with as well.

Peace out...

Car looks almost identical to mine. Just wish I had some different wheels.
