Purchasing a 2007 Z06 $1K over invoice??
I am new to the Corvette scene but have been looking at the new Z06's since they came out. I came across a deal with a dealer that is willing to sell me a brand new (410miles) never titled 07 Z06 for a grand over invoice. Now, I know everyone is at LEAST paying sticker for these and anything under sticker is unheard of let alone a grand over invoice. So, my question, does anyone have any suggestions what I should be looking for? I already went and looked at the car and drove it and it seemed fine but this sounds fishy to me.

Buy it and have fun. It comes with GMs 5yr 100,000 mile powertrain warranty right. I wish I was in the market for a car, I'd buy it. I don't suppose you want to tell us where the car is do you?? If you let that secret out there would be a rush of people from here trading in and trading up. Go buy the car, it sounds like a gift from heaven. Can you take a few pics and post them???

That seems like a great deal. If the car hasn't been titled and they did not disclose any damages to you there is Nothing to worry about. I sold cars for about a year and a half and the dealer HAS to show you pictures of and disclose any damages to any car being sold as new.
As for the show car, I am not sure about that but it is possible. We would sometimes get a chance to get specialty cars like that when I was selling.
I paid 2k under sticker for my 07 Orange and thought that was a hell of a deal. ****** that baby up and you will be happy.

So go test drive another c6 zo6 at a different dealership. If I remember correctly they put a tall enough gear in the new c6 z to hit 60 mph without having to shift, hence the amazing 0-60 times.

Well, it might not feel as fast if it was 90 degrees outside and the engine was nice and hot... But when it is cold, the car is sick as hell..
I suggest you pick that sucker up quick before somebody else takes it. if that car was posted 2 years ago at that price, it would be gone in a Ms
