After PCM reset how long to do a complete relearn?
After PCM reset how long to do a complete relearn? After reseting the PCM or replacing battery or even doing a reprogram approx how long does it take to relearn everything and start running at its full potential? I know after I put the HPTuners program back in and i noticed the car felt sluggish for a while then suddenly picked up and started running really well. Is there typically a mileage, time, until the PCM has performed a full relearn and run at full potential.
Reason for asking is I took the car to the track a couple weeks ago and the weather was very similar to how i ran last nite. However last nite with the same 60ft I was 2.5tenths slower and missing 1-1.5mph. The only difference in the car was the battery was changed.

Typically, 50 miles of driving that includes some WOT will get car knowing who's boss again.
That's one of the reasons why on the way to the track, I hammer the car to redline in a few gears a few times. Others have said doing that has no effect on their cars.
On your track report, remember the weather has different components. Lower barometer or higher humidity can make a significant difference in Density Altitude even when the air temp is the same.
