Im going to get a 99 c5 on saturday. All the car needs is a torque tube. The car has a 413 ci. and is making around 600 hp. what do i need and is there an upgraded one i can get? Thanks.

P.S. When putting in the alu-bushings is it ok to do both in alu?

700 bucks at a junk yard. Buying a new one will break you. When you get it, replace the rubber couplers with aluminum ones (100 bucks or so) and put it in. Get one from an 01 and Up (i believe thats the years) since it has the stronger bolts.

I picked up a used 01 off of crap-bay for $175 + shipping about a year ago. That was a steal and I got it The 01+ are stronger than the 00 and older.
