2008 Dragstrip predictions, lets here'em

Lets see who plans on running what times/mph at the track. If you like throw in what is going to better the time versus last year with your previous best. Just to pass some time till the weather comes our way.

Me
Prev- 11.02@126.65mph with 1.51 60ft
2008- 10.89@127.0xmph with 1.47 60ft-4.3x 330ft,6.9xx 1/8th at 99mph

Whats gonna help me hopefully.
New ET streets versus old worn out ones
Slightly changed tune bottom only the low end but hey who knows
I'll be able to hotlap due to roll bar, firejacket and harness
2005 C6 trans to be put in soon will help with shifting-same gear ratios though
New plug wires LOL! Shut up it could help...
Raising the car up for better weight transfer hopefully

I had planned on it all along but then reading the safety rules and talking to guys on line..they are pretty hard nose about a roll bar if you are more than a tenth below 11.5 ..........PLUS.........the machine shop is jerking Tracy around with my heads so I can't even plan on having something to drive. We do have a Silverado I could get in with..runs 12.8 NA...might be fun. I will look back into it this weekend.

I rarely get to the track and have only been once in this car (that was 13.1 with bald tires and stock clutch), but I'm putting this bitch in the 11's or setting it on fire!:judge:

I'd like to go 7.80 or faster at my local 1/8 track with the mods in my sig. and a drag radial..

Current best is 8.32 @ 89.55 with a weak 2.14 60' on street tires (non existent track prep and 2900ish DA).

And, i'd like to get to a track closer to seal evel and knock off some 11's as well.
