Want 11's

Right now I'm looking to buy a 02+ z06. My goal for the car is low 11's. I've seen several on here running mid 11's with what seems H/C/I, is that about average? What does it take for low 11's? I would really appreciate any of you posting your times/setup. Thanks...

A good cam only package should put you in the low 11's with tires and some seat time.(good air)

A zo6 with a good heads/cam package and bolt ons is a 10 second car in good air.

Don't underestimate how important seat time is at the strip.

You need to add a ported fast 90/90, FULL exhaust, TUNE, beefed up rear end and some DR's with a damn good 60' to hit mid 10's

Since you don't have the car yet, I suggest reading all you can here on LS1 Tech.

In good air you could potentially go lower 11s with just bolt ons.
Dr. Ron ran 11.2s at 121mph in his bolt ons only C5 Z06.

Cam or heads and cam will certainly make it easier and less dependent on great quality air of course. Don't forget tires though, traction is key. :burn:

Thanks guys...What is usually done to the rear end? Do you have certain mods you regret doing? If you could do it over again what would you do different?

H/C/I/E/T/T head cam Intake Exhaust Tires and Tune you should be in mid to high 10's depending on parts and driver
