Default How did I do?---> Boltons,ss3600

Hey guys I finally got to go to the track the other night for the first time in a while. Here is what is done to my car.

3.42's
Yank ss3600
ls6 intake
slp cold air
p/p throttle body
full exhaust "QTP's with a Borla"
thermostat
tune
stock suspension without front sway bar
et street radials on stock wheels
3300 lbs without me and I am about 180 lbs so race weight----> 3480 lbs

That is all that is done to the car but I do not know that DA. I live in North Alabama and it was like 65 degrees and the track condition was so so. To the goods.

60ft------> 1.7014
1/8-------> 7.714
mph------> 89ish

I had two runs like this the rest were like 1.72 with a 7.75. My best runs came from launching at about 2000rpms and the 1.72's came from about a 1000rpm launch. This was my first time out on tires/converter so I didn't know how to launch it. I am going to keep playing with it and see if I can figure it out. How are my times compared to others? What about my 60's is there much more? What kind of 1/4 mile times would this net me? Sorry for all the questions I am just curious what everyone thinks any positive critisism will be appreciated.
,Chase

Maybe I am in line. You are a lighter with more converter and suspension but a couple tenths quicker. Looks like you have a cool car.

It's actually almost a POS, LMAO.
the 97 was the bolt on record holder with the LT1 (11.80 @ 113) and sat for 2+ yrs being "parted out", guy never came and got the bulk of the car so I found an LS1/A4 set up and put it all together.
Going TH hoping to run 7.4s or better....

About what kind of 60' should I shoot for. I am just not sure what I can get with this weight, stock suspension, and bolt-ons.
Thanks, Chase

if you are spinning, then there is more in it, if you are not then you might be as good as it gets but 1.6s should be easy with some changes.

Yeah I am not spinning so I know traction isn't an issue. I was just curious if that is about all I should expect out of that converter/weight/power/suspension set up. I know there is many variables but I was just making sure I wasn't obviously bad off.

Thanks, Chase

I was spinning bad last night, was anywhere from 1.64 to 1.8x, all 8 runs in the 90MPH range, but et was 7.5s to 7.8s depending on how much spin.

I have cords showing on BFG DRs now so I will move to a bias ply and it will help!

Yeah I went from 8.1 to 7.71 just by swaping from bfg's to Mickey's. Sounds like nice runs.
