raced the 1/8th mile today and got an et of 8.98 at 83 mph. stock ls1 camaro with catback and slp lid.
is this a decent time?
what would be my approximiate time in the 1/4 mile?

reasonably, I would say 13.4 - 13.7 if you stayed on it. I had that EXACT setup about 3 years ago. . .

IF its of any help, with that same engine/powertrain setup, I got into the 12s (BARELY) by using slicks and launching hard. . . 12.9537 with a 8.4512 1/8 @ 85.85.

I bet your sixty foot time sucks. No offense, but if you get that down your car will ET a lot better.
