Default First time at the track all season...

The first year i got my car i went up like 10+ times... best time of 13.5@106. last year i went up once... 13.5@105... today, i hit an all time low.. 13.059@108. heres the slip... im so pissed that i didnt hit 12.9x

Wow your run was just like mine. I ran a 13.02 @ 107.51 with a 2.08 60 ft. Keep practicing you'll get there.

What's sad is I have more mods

i always heard the autos were faster.. i dunno.. track prep was amazing, and it was rather cold... i was launching all day at like 4000-4300 rpm

Sounds like you're driving it pretty well for an M6 with street tires. Careful riding that clutch as you figure out how to get the 60' time down. Trust me, it's cheaper to buy the drag radials than it is to burn up the clutch trying to launch really well on street tires (unless you blow up your 10-bolt, that is ).

driving is the one thing i'm good at lol.. i take it pretty serious.. i just get a lil jumpy at the track.. i bogged a couple launches by about 500-700 rpm cause i came out of the clutch way to quick.. but it was still rather smooth.. im going to try and go up this weekend.. so i can get in the 12's
