Default New setup, new best

409ci lq9 (built for a 200 shot), decent size cam, tsp 1 7/8" headers with 2ft of pipe w/turndowns, STOCK 241 heads (just slapped them on to get the car runnin), ls6 intake manifold, ported stock tb, stock maf, moser 9" w/ 4.11s, and a set of shitty m/t sportsman pros 26X12x15 on a set of steel s10 wheels. I have 110k mile stock suspension other than a set of qa1 adjustable fronts and qa1 springs in the back (still on stock shocks), and a bmr non-adjustable torque arm. Car is a 6speed and has a spec stage 5. The tune was a half *** one, very rich and safe. I was shifting 1st and 2nd at about 5800 rpms (not used to spinning it to 6800 and with the 4.11s it goes by quick). No weight reduction except the spare out the back (but a full 10lb nitrous bottle in place of it). Untill the tune gets good im not spraying the car so these were all motor. Car put down 449/438 on motor and i plan to hit it with a 150/200 shot.

Im in the right lane (#19) and finally got the car to hook decent and pulled the drivers front off the ground just a little. Pretty happy with a backyard built 2001 with 110k mile suspension and a budget motor...

Not yet, been raining and nasty aside from yesterday. Gonna install the racetronix hotwire kit for the fuel pump, rewire the spray, fix the 02's, possibly alternator/battery, and any and every little thing that i could think can go wrong before i drive back up there at 8 mpg.
