As usual, another trip to the track, another PB! Made another trip to Thompson Raceway Park and came away fairly pleased. My previous best was 12.53@110 w/ 1.80 60'. I haven't checked the DA yet but it was hot as hell and I got roasted. My mph was down about 2mph from last week. I trapped between 107.5-108 all day. I beat my best 3 times. Ran a 12.43, 12.48 and 12.49. Also beat my previous best 60'(1.72) 3 times hitting 1.69, 1.70, 1.71 launching from idle on a bone stock suspension with nittos. There were hardly any street cars there and only one other Fbody. An 02 Z28 M6 with full bolt ons, suspension and MTs. He ran a new best of 12.84@107-108.

DA was 3000+, par for the course at Thompson. Corrected time was 11.99@112.5. Once I get a cutout and skinnies I hope some cool October air will get me there! I wish we got negative DA around here. Heck, a day with sub 3000 DA would be sweet.

Last time I was at Thompson with my 89 lx foxbody I spun the tires first, second and third. I know I can't find the time slip.... Haha but my brother and dad can vouch I did a 12.97@113 with a 2.07 60' on street redials. It was a wednsday night and my first time running 2.85" pulley. That was a year ago. It's sad that Thompson still sucks. sorry if this is out of place but I talk to flatblackZ28 the other night and never got to tell him my time.

I just ordered a NOS Sniper kit with 125rwhp jets so low-mid 11's should be no problem. Thompson is actually great on the weekends. Wednesday nights there are just too many street cars.

probably be out this saturday if you want to meet up. Not taking the stang becuase of many problems with my lights and i have no first gear. I got a new F150 5.0 i want to see what it can do.
