im wondering what i can do to improve my 60', i have bfgoodrich drs 275/50/15's i started out the night cutting 2.1 60's then dropped the pressure down to 15psi and my quartermile down from low 13s to mid 12's. im launching the car at around 3500rpms, should i be launching higher? ive got a 9" with 4.11's and am still in 4th gear at the end of the quarter.

ill have to wait until next year for that ive got a driveshaft loop incase i do put slicks on. but im wondering more about my launch rpm.

Ditch the DR's and go to a bias ply. Then launch it from 6,000.

you should be able to 60' ~ 1.7 - 1.8 with those bfg's trying launching a little higher.. remember practice makes perfect
