Default 9.3's all motor, pumpgas, hyd cam..

after returning from Dragweek, it felt good to get back to the home track.

I'm truly thankful to have KCIR 15 mins away.

Anyway, back to back 9.3's over 142 last friday with the da just over 1600 ft.

here is my best incrementals of the nite

Thanks to PatG and Erik Koenig for the latest hydraulic bumpstick...this is the 5th patg cam in this car....lol
Also thanks to Steve @ RED for the new LS2 sleeved block...dropped over 120 lbs ditching the LSX block.

Yes it is fast... All motor, 91 pump gas... 9 anything is quick, but 9.3's is noteworthy indeed!

That thing really launches hard too, indicating serious torque for N/A. Great job to all involved!

thanks guys, it has been a good combo so far. Hell we put right at 1500 miles on it the week prior on Dragweek. I'm really hoping for some killer air in November @ KCIR, I think its got some .20's in it.....fingers crossed.

SDPC cnc'd LS3's with minor hand work....had them flowed on a 4.125 bore fixture and they are flowing mid 360's @ .650 lift with stock valves.

I hope to try a set of WCCH's bad *** LS7 heads and Cary's intake this winter as I really think we are out of cyclinder head and intake at this point.

Collin, what do you think this motor would run on nitrous. Im wanting to run 8.5 class and stay with a LS if possible.

Jesse, I think you can build an LS to be very competitive (kill em') in 8.5. Stop by sometime and we can discuss it over a soda or 12.
