I have a stock throttle body and am looking to upgraged intake manifold and throttle body... any suggestions for a cost reasonable way to go faster? lol i am really looking for 1/4 mile improvements if that helps any

Go LS6. They show pretty good gains from stock, and can be had for under $350. Of course I'm assuming that you have the LS1 intake.

cheapest would be picking up a ls6 intake and porting or buying a ported tb.

So far I think the Ls6 intake sounds like the best option for the money... where could i get my stock tb ported?

What other mods do you have? Will an LS6 get you 1 or 2 tenths...sure. Will other mods (depending on what you currently have) get you more...definitely. And the ported tb isn't going to make you faster or get better times. Just a little better throttle response.
