Default New personal best at LS Fest & LSX Shootout - stock bottom end LS1

Ran a new personal best at the Holley LS Fest. Ran a 11.065 @ 120.9 mph. I could of had I think a 10.9x pass if they would have let me ran all out. 2nd pass down there I ran the 11.065 and then they yelled at me for not having a roll bar. So I ran the car till at least the 1/8th mile and then got out of it.

Here are some mods that I have for the motor:
Stock Bottom End LS1
Ported FAST 92/92
AFR 205cc Heads
Custom Grind Comp Cam (23x/23x .61x/.61x 111 LSA)
Z06 MAF
Fast Toys 85mm Lid
Chrs1313 Ram Air

Only the 11.065 pass I ran it all out. The other 3 I ran it to the 1/8th mile. Do you think I have a 10.9X pass or do you think better this fall? Let me know.

Thanks. I actually weighed it down at the LS Fest and it weighed about 3375 lbs with me in it (I'm about 175) with about a 1/4 tank of gas.

Congrats on the new best passes. I would guess that your numbers look like a possible upper 10.95-10.99 passes, especially the fourth pass with the best 60 ft and the 6.97 1/8th . Very nice car, runs good!

Thanks! I was thinking the same thing on the 6.971 pass. Here is a video from my go pro on one of the runs down there.

Thanks! Here's the video that could have been my 10.9x pass! 1/8th mile was 6.971 @ 97.09 mph w/ a 1.482 60'!

Thanks! I actually don't have it completely dialed in. I had just put the Moser 12 bolt, TRZ Motorsports anti-roll bar, Madman valved double adjustable coil overs front and rear and Strange Rear drag race brakes on this spring. I haven't even started adjusting the coil overs from the settings Madman suggested me to put them on.

The Holley LS Fest was only the 3rd time I've been to the track this year cuz I actually broke my transmission on July 3rd on the first pass and my car sat for 6 weeks until I had it rebuilt. I only had the car on the road for maybe 3 weeks before the LS Fest and went to the track the 2nd time this year 9 days before that to do some testing.

I think I've got something off in the transmission tune because when I go thru the traps my speedometer says I'm going 113 when I'm actually going 120-121 mph.

Thanks! Well those were my best 4 passes down there but they were all different times. The DA for the 6.971 1/8th mile pass was around 1647 feet. The 11.065 pass the DA was about 2118 ft. The 6.99 1/8th mile pass the DA was about 2364 ft. And the 7.004 1/8th mile pass was about 2526 ft.

Thanks. I'm actually still running the 4L60e in it. And I will be at the RPM Track Day I've been planning on it since I found out. I don't work on Fridays which is nice and hopefully I can get my first 10 sec pass that day too cuz it's my birthday that day too. Lol

Pshhh 2000+ DA? Lol you have 10's easy in that thing with some good air. Nice running car. I love it when F-bodys run like they should.

Do you still have the Frost tune on it though or has it been dyno tuned?

Yup still have the Frost tune and had him dyno tune it too. He street tuned it first and then put it on the dyno to dial it in.
