This may not be new to you guys but I saw a bone stock lt4 vette run 11.90s consistently at the dragstrip today. Guy let me look all over the car. Even had stock air filter. I was amazed for a base model.

I assume you meant LT1 vette? The 2014 automatics have already been a best of 11.4 @ 119 bone stock at Atco IIRC. 11.90@115 for an LT4 would be embarassing.

My friends Auto Z51 went 12.21 116.8 in the 100% stock (600 miles only) condition including tires. Regular Joe absolutely nothing done to it. It also went as slow as 13.2 from traction issues. The 11.9's are easily believable. 11.40's pure 100% stock had some traction help at the least.

Seriously good performance car. Drive it around nice and easy in economy mode rides supple and quiet, Flip it to Sport2 and wail on it, shocks firm up, engine gets an attitude and it bypasses the mufflers...all pissed off. The way he has his it even changes the instrument panel configuration. I love that car even if it is bright yellow.

This was also done on a well prepped track. Even the owner was surprised. It ran 11.95 to 11.97 three times. I was impressed.

Fastest C6 LS3 are faster in both MPH and trap speed. The fastest C7 has a lower ET but a C6 has a higher trap speed. So it hooks better but is slower.
