Default M/T Radial results

Well, I finally got my 255/50/16 m/t radials on and headed to the track last night. As listed in my sig. the only mod that I have is an ssf3500. I know this isn't really going to be useful info for you guys who are making far more power than I am, but it could count for something. Anyway, these were the runs I made with 16psi and an ambient of about 65 degrees @ 1800ft elevat.
Run 1:
60ft 1.836
ET 8.328
MPH 85.096
1200rpm launch

Run 2:
60ft 1.828
ET 8.345
MPH 84.882
2500rpm launch

Run 3:
60ft 1.826
ET 8.321
MPH 85.489
3000rpm launch

These are the only 3 runs that I made in the car, I had several friends with me who also wanted to drive the Z, (several Ford guys ) so I let them have a go at it and we all ran 8.3??. This car is dead consistent and seemed to do just as well with a 1200 launch as it did with a 2500 or higher. There was absolutely 0 tire spin. These tires rock. Again, I know I'm not making the power that alot of you are making and you may very well not have as good of an experience as I did, but they seem to be ready to take more punishment. Oh, a good friend who isn't a pig like me(245vs170) made a pass and this was his result.
60ft. 1.806
ET 8.29
MPH 85.272
2000rpm launch
I believe he may have chose a more optimal launch rpm and combined with weight difference just got the car in the .20's. Whoohoo! I know its kinda silly but I'm pretty darn happy with the performance of the Z, especially since its pretty much stock. OK, what do you guys think????

Well, according to those 1/8 calculator things:

0-60 in 4.1 seconds

&

1/4 in 12.9 seconds @ 107 mph

So IMO, you're doing juuuuuuuust fine.

You didn't post your reaction times, but based on the ET's that you posted, I would suggest that you enter some bracket races!

Thanks pacmantravis and GIZMO my reaction times generally hover between .080 to .160. I still have some work to do on that but it wasn't really relevant to the ET's so thats why I didn't post them. Thanks again!!
