Default Is this bad??

First of all I would like to say hello to all Ls1Tech members. I discovered this site last week, and you all have inspired me to get my lazy *** to the track and lay down some times. I have never made a pass in my life, I'm on street tires, bone stock, temp was 85 degrees 55 percent humidity, so please be gentle. Allright, here is the best of 3 runs - 14.29 @ 97.50mph - 2.20 60ft - 1.25 R/T. Is this at least in the ballpark of what a rookie time should be? I ran the BFG Comp TA'S at 18psi, and launched at around 3200 RPMS. Weather was also hot and sticky, and another guy there with a 00 SS Camaro said his times were down also. Any input would be very helpful. Been bitten by the bug, many mods on the way.

Welcome aboard.

Practice doesn't make perfect, but it sure is fun trying

Coach
Thanks for the input. I need some major work on that reaction time, but at least I took out a late model Cobra Stang in my learning process.
