First time in the 11's

Wasup guys. Last Tuesday my dad and I took his H&C 02 Z28 to Atco. The car put down 404rwhp and 382rwt through the A4. On M&T E/T radials I pulled off a best of 11.837@116.37. This was with a 1.654 60'. The best way to come out of the hole was to just floor it off idle flashing the converter. The car was short shifting 1st to 2nd around 5200. The 2nd to 3rd shift seemed close around 6400. I think with the shift points corrected and with off road pipes replacing the random cats, the car could go a 11.4@ in better air.
Whats evereyone think? When we ran it on tuesday the air was around 55 degrees , nice night. Maybe in Nov, with a perfect launch we can get there.
The car is currently FULL FACTORY WEIGHT. The only exceptions are the removal of the spare and jack, along with the centerline 15" racing wheels. There is added weight to the chasis with subframe connectors, heavy duty control arms etc. The car also has a Moser rear which adds around 80 lbs or so. When we raced it had 3/4 tank of gas. We nedd to run it with around 1/4 tank. I'm guessing race weight was somewhere around 3700lbs. If we can lighten it up some(fiberglass hood, remove seats, etc) then we can get closer to the 10's.
The 2 other passes worth mentioning are; 11.969@115.88 by me and a 11.949@115.67 by my dad.
The car is a beast and is soo much fun to drive. On the street you can just hit it and it goes, with instant throttle response. The Accufab throttle body, working for the LS6 Stage 2 heads and Comp XE-R cam, sucks in so much air to the engine it sounds like a supercharger at idle. The open Borla exhaust barks from the right side of the car. Haha sorry guys, the car is just that cool. And it has every option possible on a Z, with only 6,400 miles.
Thanks guys for reading. Any responses are welcome
