I took my car to Infineon Raceway tonight and embarrassed myself. I had been deluded into thinking it’s easy to run in the twelves with these cars. I told my wife I would be disappointed if I couldn't break 13.5 seconds. I ran three times with a best of 14.05 at 109 MPH. I expected traction problems with my original GS-C Eagles but I couldn't stay calm and I spun the tires badly through first and second gear. I lowered the pressure to 25 psi for my last run and spun worse than before. I won one race, against an automatic C5 Corvette. He had a lower ET (13.7) but I had a lucky 0.050 reaction time, leaving on yellow. I had lots of fun. I plan to buy some Nittos and try again.

Man you need some good stickey tires and somemore seat time.. your mph is good for 12s easily.. good luck,
