A T88H is an OLD school modified Mitsubishi semi truck turbo, very laggy and a shitty power band, but great top end, easily enough for high 130's to low 140's at full weight. Just because somebodys friends, Uncles, buddys, Father said that he saw it dyno 1046 rwhp doesn't make it true.
A T88H will ONLY support 950 rwhp MAX, and 1046 rwhp is no where near the top four Supra's in RWHP.
How do you know he even ran over his base boost? He could have had his boost turned all the way down and was trying to do a couple of shake down runs.
I trapped 96 mph in the 1/8th with my boost turned all the way down on a little 67 mm turbo, stock fuel, and stock side mount intercooler several years ago.
You can trap 129mph with only a 61 mm turbo in a well set up Supra. Heck he could have been on the stock fuel system or stock cams.
That should not represent the average built Supra, just like I don't compare the local heads, cam, Paxton SC, nitrous, big stall LT1 Camaro that runs 14's @ 120mph to all LT1's and LS1's.
Think about it...

go over the the supraforum.com i believe. his name is "steelcitysupra"
im not comparing any cars. im just stating a supra that made 1046rwhp went 13.04@129...ON VIDEO I MIGHT ADD
i know hes not running stock fuel system. if i heard right he has 2 intank pumps, not sure which ones and 1600cc injectors
he paid..or i should say his dad paid for some big shot supra to fly in to pittsburgh to tune his car.
i dont care what turbo he has, he spent a boat load of cash to run low 13s....dont stock 1997 supras run mid 13s?
i know the car is capable of way better than that but its funny how "they" say what does a 300, 500, 700, 1000 rwhp supra have in common??.......12 seconds slips....well not in this case.

There is no way that car can make close to 1000 hp and only go 129 in the quarter. The gain from the 1/8th to the 1/4 is only a little better than average. My car made 580 at the tire and went 147 mph. The numbers don't add up.

*****THIS JUST IN*****
the supra blew up yesterday. i heard he called the shop that built his motor and told them it spun a bearing. they asked what oil are you running, he said 10w30, they said thats the problem right there...you should have been running 20w50 since the motor only had 200 miles on it.
brad i did hear that he went low 11s not sure what MPH

1st & best pass on 315s he ran a 13.04@129. 97mph in the 1/8. talk about lag....OMG! its honestly..3-4 seconds before the turbos spools. the people he's friends with, told me he makes 250rwhp at 5000 and makes 1046rwhp at around 8000. that is on race gas. it was nice and cool out. about 60 degrees when he was racing.

This guy with the 1000hp supra took a beating on Pittspeed.com because he was claiming easy 10's before he ever took it to the track. Once people found out what he ran they pounded him.
