Should be a solid 11sec car, and yes it does sound right on point for a full weight cam-only car. If you can get that 60 down she'll go faster. What's your launch tech.??

Nice job!

8GTOKLR----yea the car is hooking, and before when i ran 1.7 60 foot I had reaction of .0xxx -.2xxx (pretty good if I don't say so myself), but this weekend when I tried more psi in the tires and started going 1.6xx 60's sometimes I wouls redlight car was alittle faster than i was used to so just take a few more runs and have the new setting back down.

COMNBYU---harlan 2-step set a 6000 RPM's, put it in first gear, floor it on first yellow light, dumpo the clutch on the last yellow.

Is 1.66 your best so far?

I don't know, 4.11's leaving off a 2-step with a good clutch/rear...I would just think that you could get a better 60?? Maybe in the mid/high 1.5's...

In any case, it's a solid 11sec car

Nah, lol...no offense at all, but there are stock suspension cars running in the single digits.

Maybe try a shorter tire, give it a little more gear? I'm sure those 18's w/ tires are taller than 26"...

Ahhh...you didn't say anything different so I figured you were running 18" Nitto DR's.

You could try some drag shock/springs, but those are usually only helpful if you're having traction problems and you said you're hooking fine.

I don't know what to tell ya. You tried leaving off the limiter lol??

Dude , your times are fine and coming from some one who has a aluminum flywheel you are doing fine. I just put one in my self and pull 1.68's and a best of 1.63 leaving around 6400 with 4.30 gears. this is in hot weather also. WHen the weather gets better(this weekend) I will be going back to see what I can get but you are on par with my car and I have run a best of 11.38 in good air with the stock flywheel but I am pulling more consistent 60 ft's but around the same as the stock flywheel.
How hard is the 2 step to hook up? I need to get one of those.

Ummm...I run stock suspension (well springs and shocks) and am SI without headers even and manage to pull in the 1.6Xs. I think either the flywheel is killing you or you are not launching hard enough. With your power level I would expect to be getting 1.5X 60's. Although both your cars are 150lbs+ heavier than mine. Man am I glad I got a Camaro.
