What no way. This is LS1tech. Nothing is faster or better than an F body. Sure facts can be staring you right in the face that say otherwise, but nothing beat and LS powered vehicle.

No matter what someone wants to believe the odds are against Parish. His truck is heavier and basically a brick. These are the things that makes his truck great, but they are also his downfall in a situation like this.

We all know that Parish Truck is damn fast & putting down four digit numbers on the dyno personally it's #1 HD TRUCK but don't forget that Evo weight way too less than parish's with over 900whp unless Parish has a major diet plan on his fat truck then that might help alil bit

Yup nothing can beat the LS1 or Fbody, Nothing at all. No matter how much the civic or whatever the **** is raced wins by, there is no way a LS1 can be beaten.

LS1 is God and will beat everything no matter what, if there is a faster car they wasted money on it because the LS1 is so pure and is the best motor ever MADE!!!

While that is an awesome accomplishment it still isn't fast enough for the lower powered AMS shop car let alone the the black one.

I was just about to comment on this. He's makin' it sound like JUST incase Parish isn't fast enough, there's a back-up truck that still isn't anywhere near fast enough... but it'll be there for back-up...

I dunno why some people have such a hard time understanding the fact that 9's are quicker than 10's, and that 149 MPH is faster than anything in the 130's, and on top of that, in a 1/4 mile, all of that is a SIGNIFICANT difference.

Parish's truck is one bad **** but it wouldnt be able to beat something that weighs 1k+lbs lighter and 100whp less. put the EVO up against any of the top formentioned in the 1320 and we hav ourselves a nice race...

EVO, especially since it was built by a top-notch shop like AMS. Its not some car that was thrown together in someones home garage, its a an extremely well-built piece of machinery by one of the top import tuning shops in the country and is running a better 1/4 time so no reason to hate on the car. I think its impressive that parish's truck can compete with such a car however there are other cars out there built by W2W, Stenod, and other LSx performance shops that i think would be better comp as an f-body will be much more aerodynamic and lighter than his truck.

Well it looks like the fanboys are winning the poll. How stupid and/or biased do you have to be to believe that a 10 second truck would beat a 9 second car? Funny how those who voted for the truck have kept their mouths shut save for the handful of people who can't get over the fact that a Japanese car is faster.
