Default 1.100 rt, 2.4 60' ,and still cut a 13.4

i was looking at some of my old time tickets i found cleaning out the car and i found something i didnt notice before on one of them. 1.100 rt 2.4 60' and still cut a 13.4 on dr's. by the way im not that good at driving yet i still spin a bit even on dr's...still practicing. and i majorly screwed up on take off on this particular run... and i still beat the 04 srt neon in the other lane by 2 cars.
i found another ticket that was similar to the same thing...
how in the heck do u pull off that bad of a reaction time and 60 feet and still run that time? sometimes i think it could hit 12s on the dr's if i could just hook it right one time. maybe next time i will let a friend drive.

reaction time has nothing to do w/ET. The clock doesnt start until the car rolls out of the beams.

...and it's called a time slip, not a ticket...just fyi.

A 2.0 60' would put you in the high 12's...even with a 1.1 reaction time.

Yep, a 2.4 60 foot needs some work. Keep practicing, and as Unit said, a 2.1-2.0 will net you that 12 second timeslip.

you could run a mid 12 pass with a decent 60' time. you should be 60'ing in the 1.8X range or better depending on DR's.
