Default 13.5 for 99 WS-6?

I recently went to the drags and ran my 99 ram air ws6 trans am. SO far my mods are magnaflow catback exhaust, SLP Lid, and K&N air filter. Track conditions were 55 degrees, but the track was a little slick. I didnt have slicks or anything. My best was a 13.575 at 103.2 MPH. Could I do better than that, what should I do to improve? thanks

That's about what I ran stock. With the different exhaust I would expect a little quicker. But with a 2.1 60' you can't expect too much. I would assume A4. If so, put a TC in it and watch the times drop. I went from 13.5s to 12.5s with a 4000 stall converter and sticky tires. Stock exhaust.

Not bad, but as ram air stated, could be a touch faster. Not knowing the weather conditions and race weight, I'd say it's decent for street tires.

A converter will definately kick it from a dead sleep
