Default How to run the Hals?

I just ordered a front set of their springs and shocks and I wanted to know what I should run them at the track. All I have has suspension wise is LCA's, SFC's and no front swaybar.

You need to play with them and see what works for you. I say start at maybe 4 and work your way from there. My best results are on 1, but it is VERY soft on 1 and you can easily bring the front end down too hard and smack it on the track. Especially on the big end if you have to get hard on the brakes. Good luck!

with a m6, you dont want to go to 1, maybe 2 at the lowest. the car will bounce too much between shifts.

LOL first time I went to the track with the new motor and HALs, first pass, I had 'em on 2. Spin it to 6500 and dump the clutch (on 28" ET Drags). Sky sure was a pretty color blue that day... Had to clean my shorts...

I ended up with them on 4, and was getting better 60's out of the car on 4. 2 made the front end jump too much and too much oscillation going down track...

Man that would be nice. The highest I can hook up at now is 4 grand. I run a 27" QTP and my best 60 ft. so far is a 1.74.
