I've got a good buddy that lives on the Island as well, he's already emailed me the HRP's race schedule flier. Looks like some good stuff going on while I'm there...just hope I can tear myself away from the Beaches and Umbrella drinks!

I just got the car.. and made my first trip there this weekend. I was happy as hell after I made a few 14 sec runs and then I busted out a 13.6 and couldn't run anymore. I never thought that I would need a helmet.. But I'll be there next week helmet in hand tryin to set a new best.

I've visited once. Chatted with Bode in person, Andrew via LS1Forums.com As soon as I get more $$$ and parts together, I want BSM to work on my car. Are you a member? Where are you on Oahu? I'm in Kaneohe.

I'm stationed in Wahiawa. Right near Schofield Barracks... Yea, once I have the money they will definitely be the ones doing all of the work on my car.

Do you know the Sgt. Maj that I keep hearing about? I wanted to see if I could get tips/tricks, last I heard, he's got the BEST F-Body on the island, but no one will tell me any more than that. Maybe cuz I'm a newbie?

Just saw this thread. I go to HRP every month or two for test-n-tune runs. There's a few more on this board that race regularly. Maybe they'll chime in if they see this thread at the top.....so....TTT

I'm not to sure about Black ZR1 Wheels.. but my buddy has the stock ZR1 wheels for sale from his SS..
Also, I see that you have GMMG exhaust. Did you buy that somewhere here on island or did you have to get it shipped here.

I'm interested in the wheels from your friend. I ordered my GMMG exhaust straight from GMMG. My salesperson was Laurie. I ordered it about Oct 18th, I recieved it Nov 5th. I'm only ordering the oval tips now, I used some customed Z28 tips made from what I thought was stainless steel, apprently not because now they're rusting pretty bad

I used to frequent the tracks quite often. Been a little busy recently and getting ready to leave the island. Will be at the track this coming weekend. If you see a Pewter WS6 or Black Firehawk in Kaneohe...that's me!
