Post up the info from each time slip. That 14.6 is unacceptable.

Just type in line for line what your resluts were from the time slip, no need to scan it in. We can break your slip down really quick and let you know what may be wrong, you've got to get that C-note back.

Did you take your front swaybar off?
Did you burn out in second?
How long did you burn out?

Im guessing you had your sway on and did not get the tires hot enough by that 60ft.

mph about 10 mph off on average, the 100 was heading in the right direction but 94-96 makes no sense. have you checked your tb to ensure it is opening all the way? did you run the stock tune or the tune that came with the handheld tuner? there's something that is just not matching up with your combo, do you have access to datalog a run, maybe it is pulling some crazy timing for some reason? many things here it could be, address one issue at the time until you get to the bottom of the problem.
-tb getting wide open throttle
- which tune
- datalogs to see if the car is pulling timing and how much
- are you hand shifting the car or just putting it in drive, either way what are the shift points and I would be leaving it in drive?
got to start somewhere, don't give up, you'll get

i did a few runs with stock and a few with the hypertech just to see if anything changed and nothing. My shift points are stock and i keep it in drive the whole time. My throttle body is opened all the way i have checked that but i dont know how to check if timing is on.

What psi were you running? When I ran the nitto's I ran about 18 psi and the best 60 that I got was a 1.99(I couldn't drive around the burnout box and back up into it like I wanted to), but with just a FIPK, Loudmouth, and nittos I still ran an 8.37 in the 1/8th with a 1.99 sixty.

I would suggest first getting a dyno tune, especially due to the 85mm maf. Second try launching off idle, 1k rpm, 1.3k, like that and see what gets you the best 60'. Better tires would not hurt.

As for your last visit, did the car bog off the line? did your tires spin? how many miles on engine and spark plugs? What gears ya got? 14.6 ran you, V6 sure you not have?

*forgot to ask if you had the TCS on if your car is so equipped.

You can heat your tires all you want, with the front sway bar on your car cannot transfer weight, if it wont transfer the weight from the front to the rear it wont grip and wont get a good 60ft, if you dont get a good 60ft your run will suck.

I forget how it translates but something like every .10 off of your 60ft is .30 off of your quarter mile time.

My tire psi was stock pressure. Its not a v6 I have 25000 miles on the engine and sparks. Tires did not spin and the car did bog I guess if the cars rpms went down went I hit the gas I guess that's bogging. Also I have tcs and I had it off.

You need to put that car on a dyno and see what is wrong with it. That is pitiful.

Get a professional to look at it and figure out what is going on. It would be money well spent.

Thats a pretty steep gear for an A4.

Before you spend money on something else you need to figure out what is wrong with your car.

your car isnt tuned for no cats and TDs, plus the MAF prob isnt helping. The o2s are prob going crazy and retarding the timing and running rich as hell. With a 2.2 60ft your car should go mid 13.s easy.
How were you launching the car?
With my old 00 LS1 A4 I would run 12.7s@108 wit the same basic mods as you and sway bar still in the car, full weight with nittos. Main difference was I ran stock manifolds, stock y and cats with a random tech cat back. I would shift the car myself (remember youll have to shift about 500rpms early to time it right) and I would leave stalling the car to about 1500 on the stock stall.

Id say that the choice of mods is hurting you. The MAF, and maybe the TB. I lost a lot of low end with the duals on my car. Get rid of the Hypertech also. Get the car closer to stock and it would probably pick up.
