I am looking for a set of LS1 Race Headers, I had an LT1 in the car, it now will have a LS1. I had Kooks on the LT1, very nice headers but I do not like how the left header exits, they turn the left header at exit. I want headers that exit straight back, and from what I have researched, most of the ones I have looked at turn the left header exit.

Any suggestions?

I don't know of any that come straight back. Just because of the floor design of 93-02 F bodies. I've had Kooks & Pacesetters, and both drivers side headers kicked left. Passenger side always came straight out.

Got the edelbrock 1 3/4 to 1 7/8, goes to the left as well.

They all exit that way, because they set the header up so there's enough room for a cat in a Y pipe.

Noone really makes a "race" header like you're looking for, hell the 1 7/8 stepped to 2 inch with 3.5 inch collector kooks I have on my sled even do it, and that's not a header that a street car will really ever need.

Yup, that's what I have found, they all kick out to the left

I was told that the Hookers kick out, just not as extreme. Can anyone confirm this?
