If you think about it 50% off is not that bad. I think a SFI suit is only good for 5 years. So if it is a 5 or higher then it was only worth half.

I didn't know SFI suits expired after time. I know belts, neck brace etc. do but I wasn't aware about the suits so if that's true then yeah I guess you're right about it not being that bad.

Can you ask John Force how he gets his suits to look 20 years old?

I wonder if I could go in there and convince them to sell me one at half price? LOL. I'll tell them I threw the old one in the trash.

Fire suits with SFI certification are good for ever. There is NO experiation date that they have to be replaced.

Then possibly edit your post.

Unfortunately you did not post that. You made it seem like it was an older suit.

I though I mentioned that I had bought the old suit back in 2008.

I would not trust anything from impact now. With all the crap they are pulling i wouldnt be surprised if they close up shop next week.

I would not waste my money on a suit from a company who has sold insufficient thickness suits, gloves, and boots, counterfeit HANS posts, and now counterfeit SFI tags. It is not like we are talking a grade 5 bolt where it should have been an 8... this is some serious stuff that could seriously injure somebody or worse...

If they really loose their SFI certification in June as stated, they will be dead in the water.

All of the pros with their gear will probably just go to Simpson, Sparco, or Oakley on the suits and Bell or Simpson for helmets.
