Trans Cooler - Pics?
Where are you guys mounting your trans cooler?
I bought a Derale from summit with a fan attached, and it looks like I'll have to make some brackets to hold it. Just wondering where you guys found you get the most air
Thanks!

Mine works great here, having the fans on really pulls a lot of air over it. This is an old pic but I have it bolted so I can remove it easily. I used metal anchors to do it.

I know a guy who runs a glide w/ the feed line ran out in a loop and right back into the trans. He said his tranny builder said its not needed for an all out race car.

I'm going to have to figure out a way and shove it up infront of the radiator for now I think. This winter I'll drop the gas tank for a cell in the trunk, maybe go Jason's route

I cant hardly fathom not running a trans cooler, even in my bracket cars i see trans temps up to 240 degrees with a very large cooler with a fan on it. i cant see any benefit what so ever in not running a cooler.
