Default need help setting up suspension

finally got my car pretty much back together. hoping to go to the track this
weekend. got a couple questions on setting up my suspension. the car is an M6 with a spec 3
heres my suspension combo:
moser 12 bolt 4:10s
umi lca's
bmr adj phb
umi subframers
spohn tunnel mounted adj torque arm
wolfe drag bar
s/a qa1s in the rear w/ stock springs
s/a R qa1's in the front w/ 275lb springs
295/55/15 mikey drag radials w/ skinnies in the front
i should be close to 500whp n/a

what do i want my shocks set at? how many degrees on the torque arm and what pressure do the mickeys like? what would you guys recommend launching at? i dont have a 2 step yet, but that will be one of my next mods
thanks

I'd start with:
1. A data note book for recording ALL pertinent data.
2. Make all settings per the various mfgrs recommendations.
3. Video each run, look at the time slips, and adjust 1 item at a time and rerun.. repeat as necessary.
Will take some time, but......

You want to start you pinion anlge at -2 . Put the fronts on at 2 see how the weight tansfer is . I would put the rears at 5 and see if the car squats at all, if it is then turn the rears up one click at a time.
