Drag car wiring, stock PCM, fan control, fans always on
I've stripped the stock PCM down to the basics for engine control. Strictly for racing. The car fires up and runs fine, no problems there.
I want to keep the stock PCM controlling the fans. I've wired it up, but the fans are always grounded, no matter what temp. All A/C related codes have been turned off.
I can control the fans using HPT's scanner controls i.e. turn them off and on, but when I leave it up to the PCM to automatically control them it keeps them on all the time.
I've searched, but can't seem to find an answer.

the fuse panel in the dash by the drivers door has a fuse that if removed/blown will make the fans run constantly. I believe its a BCM fuse. Check there cuz i pulled it on accident once and it took me a few days tpo figure it out
