Default getting weight off the front

how much weight can you get of the nose of these 4th gens buy cutting all the un-needed sheet metal out in the engine bay?

i have strut tower bars and plan to trim around all of that, inner fenders, core support... everything up front that is not the frame rail or the top of the strut tower.

am i looking at around 50lbs worth of metal?

I'm going to do the same exact thing, and we figured it to be a little more then that... depending on what you put back in for structure, and how much you cut out.

i'm talking cutting the front frame rails off where the strut tower bar comes down. cutting around the top of the a-arm mount. and making a 1 piece front clip with stock body.

i need to drop atleast 150lbs this winter but i'd like to get 200lbs out... i have 1 battery out back i can ditch and i think i'll ditch my big *** radiator and trim everything off the front.... should be close.

maybe i can get away with getting more out than that... i guess i'll just have to wait and see... going to drop the car off in about 3 weeks for cage update, glass dash, and some weight removal.
