have 18" on my car, want to make the two front skinnies...just cant pull the trigger because cant find tires....only tire comes up in the size i need is motorcyle,vovle,chalenger spare tires be nice...Soooooo will it work????

Well when you want to do something like this, Speak to the shop that will do this as determing what width you want, will dictate tire options. The biggest thing is with street tires is that you NEED a tire with a sufficent LOAD RATING.

I have 15 x 4 Convo Pros and the rim is fine and the previous owner found a Metric Radial tire that works great too.

The only thing that I would "flame" is that this is really a Tire/Rim section question, not really drag racing, per say as most do not race on 18" Skinnies BUT there are people who have had rims cut and widen/shorten and thats where you might get a better answer, and maybe a local shop lead.

thats ****** retarted....haha no just kidding my buddy skinnied a front set of snowflakes for his sleeper car...its called umm...weldcraft, thats who does it....good luck !

I wanted to run 18in skinneys and a 16in rear...I just decided Id keep my 17/15 for now. Paying for school is more important right now.

I like the idea..Vette guys do it and use the M&H like Fitz said looks good to!!
