I got my pass side tacked in place today just when it started raining.

Just take off a little at a time and dont get impatient. I used a cut off wheel on a 4 1/2" grinder and a large and small sawzall and dont have the luxury of a plasma cutter.

I havn;t done it. But drill the sopt welds and get the armrest metal out. I see guys cut for the wolf tubs with them in, that thats a thick and hard spot to cut so the tubs fit flat too.

Theres been some good threads with lots of pic doing the wolf tubs. level the car up and get a plumb bob.

ya plama cuts so easy, I just got one. and been useing it slowly. it cuts way faster then it takes to weld back

I got the frame plate in and the underside welded today, couldnt take any decent pics in the dark. The drivers side is going to be tough, im taking the fuel neck metal out as well and closing it in so its more fab work.

Yea plumb bob what?

Trim the sides of the seat where it interferes.
