Default what is causing this *VIDS*

What is causing my tire to spin the whole way down? Particularly the left rear tire? The tires are BRAND NEW 315/35/17 Nitto 555r DRs. I am launching at 3k in the first vid after burnout, and idle in the 2nd vid no burnout. Car has adj BMR LCAs, SFC, stock suspension otherwise. I am fairly sure my shocks are blown and thus might be the cause of this but I wanted to get some others opinion before I go and replace the shocks.

differential in the stock 10 bolt is probably letting go. buy a 9". i have a 12 bolt...unless you need a 12 bolt with 4.10's.

Check your tire pressure, ditch the 10 bolt

This is your main problem. You waisted approximatly $400 on two tires.

Being stick you should generaly be on a bias unless you are running a class.

And nittos are barely half a step over stock street tires. A few people have good luck with them but in general they are a compleat waist of time.

nitto's are a ricers way of having "race tires". they look good but not beneficial.

the stock 10 bolt is a total pile of junk, the clutches and springs in the stock posi unit arent strong enough to hold and thus your single tire fire.

go with the 9 inch, its easier and faster to swap gears in the 9 inch...one of the few good things ford has engineered lol

I've seen this guy race his old TA with the same mods tires and stock 10 bolt and cut 1.8's without smoking down the entire track. My car also has even older nittos and a stock 10 bolt and does not have this problem.

nah dude its ur 10bolt go spend $2,500 on what could be a really simple problem...

I daily these so that's part why I got em. In my old ta with same mods I cut much better 60s and didn't spin so I know it's not the tire.

Never seen this before I would lower tire pressure to 18-19 psi try again and if still does it check your rear shocks might have more pressure leaning to one side causing this.

tire or rim is rubbing, bad posi, could even be a small leak of fluid of some kind but i doubt that. Check the inside of the rim and tire and look for marks. See how much clearance there is between every thing and see which is the closest to the tire.

If that tire was spinning you would hear the RPM fluctuating all the way down the track. You have something rubbing on your left rear tire. Stick your head in there and see what it is
