It's been talked about heavily on other sites. They seem to work very well. If the compound is close to the same as the old et street radials then they should last longer than the Hoosiers I am currently running.

I have a set on hold from a local performance shop. 225 a piece. I'll let you guys know how they do.

Probably will need a lot of work as well as testing and will wager that it wont be nearly as close or as consistant as a bias ply. For the average m6 car out there.

For the dedicated drag cars with the correct clutch set up, it will do really well.

Oh and the last paragraph is enlightening. DOT NON-APPROVED, Hence.

The ET Street Radial Pro P275/60R15 is specifically for racing, and should not be used on the
street. Its design uses next-generation tire technology and a lower tread profile for fast,
consistent, reliable launches and a sticky, responsive grip on the strip.

I just think it takes away from the idea of a street tire dominating a racing class and now its shifted towards a racing tire, that just so happens to be a radial. Still cool, still challenging, and pushing boundries. M/T should not handicap themselves if the industry is pushing the envelope. The tire should do VERY well. Let the record breaking begin!
