Will bad pinion angle hurt my traction

It would have to be really far off to create any kind of issue with traction. Most of the time the only thing a bad pinion angle will do is create extra vibrations while driving.

Well it was pretty bad only thing was since car is pretty low it was hitting my undercarriage that's wwhat was stooping pinion from going any further up wich wasn't letting my car squat I'm assuming

If you lower a car it does suck for racing. Have you check the pinion angle on the car?
