Got my new belts in and they are punched out march 13.
Obviously that's not when they were manufactured. Is that the expiration date?? Or do they stamp a few months in advance for the shelf life meaning that it will expire however many years from that date?? Rjs I think is the brand??

They are stamped with the date of manufacture and are good for two years past that date. It's common to receive them with a month or two of extra time on them.
