Default some decent launching video's from MOKAN

this was a few months back, but just got some decent quality ones done.
times weren't spectacular that day, and the track actually wasn't hooking for ****, which doesn't sound right. from the looks of it
just thought I'd share, cause I can't get enough of them

enjoy

The track was hooking just fine, maybe too well.

P.S. nice shifting.

That's the way it's SUPPOSED to be shifted.

thanks! too bad my the mcleod twin took a dump a few weeks ago lol. it definately handled some abuse though, lasted 2.5 years, although my car was broke at least a year of that

best 60' that day was 1.52, most in the 1.55-1.56 range

ya, used to have 4.56 and miss them.. now have 4.10's with the intention of running nitrous.
all BMR suspension, LCA, Panhard, Sway, TQ arm, K-Member, A-arms.
!front sway, HAL/Qa1 shocks/springs,
best of 1.48 60' another day.

Nice launches. Do you have HAL shocks up front? Tighten them up if you do because your bouncing up and down after the launch. I would say a good starting point would be 4 clicks. This should help your 60' because your unloading your rear tires.

Bad *** looking car BTW. I thought it was mine lol

Good luck

Tom

how many times have i told you KC boys to tighten up the front end if you want to go QUICKER. if you want the pretty wheels up shots, sure, loose as a goose. you are loosing precious time and momentum bouncing around in the 2ng gear shift. no point in your chasis being tight when you suspension is that loose. just my .02 John
