Default New 1/8 mile best

Went out to Irwindale last night.

I went out to get my shift points nailed down for when i go out to the 1/4 mile but my laptop died before i had a change to upload anything so i ended up shifting around 6200-6400 on my TSP 231/237 w/ PP stage II heads

60' 1.575
330' 4.737
1/8' 7.416
mph 91.22

I know i need to shift higher with this setup. on the dyno is pulled up to 6800 where we shut it down. where is everybody else shifting on this setup?

nice work, just make sure you dyno with the same tires you race with if you are looking to find shift points.

we dynoed a car on street tires then put it on 28" slicks and the shift points were all off at the track. didn't think about that beforehand, oops.

Nice runs WicketMike, the car sounds really good. I wanted to ask you what your setup was, but every time I went to look I had to jump back in the car. I think we got some video of one of your runs on the mini DV camera. If we can find the cable to pull it off the camera, I'll post up the video for you.

Hey,

That would be cool. im trying to get some pics or videos of left tire coming off the ground, but everytime they try there is something in the way of the shot.

thanks!
