Adjustable or nonadjustable LCA's?

On my quest for more consistant 60' times i'm getting some lower control arms. My question is wich would be best? poly, spherical end, tubular, boxed adjustable, non adjustable. Im not really looking for a certain brand i just want to know what type is best.
I would also like to know what the advantage to adjustable LCA's is. i mean to me it looks like all the adjustment does is center your wheel in the wheel well.
BTW my car is a 3600 lb M6 with 4.10's and absolutely no suspension as of yet.

Oh and i also do not care about road noise squeeks or rough ride i just wanna 60'.

That's all the adj. one's do....allow you to set the rear thrust angle or center the rear in the wheel well. No performance advantage.
