Default roll cage / floor plate question

I just had a welding shop install my roll cage and I'm worried the main hoop floor plate was trimmed rather than bent to the contour of the floor. Judging by the pictures would this fail tech? and if needed can I just have the little part that was trimmed off welded back on?

Its supposed to be a 6x6 plate that goes in that spot but chances are it will still pass tech.

That was tig welded? I think I would be more worried about the welds, then that plate. But that's just an opinion. Good Luck.
