MSD 2 Step install issues
I installed my MSD 2 step launch control last night on my 2002 TA M6.
I tied into the blue pcm terminal 32 and used the blue and white wire connector off of the box.
The issue is the 2 step is always active, even when the white/blue connector is unplugged, but still connected to the coil packs.
I think I have a defective MSD box, but would like to know why it is always active if there are any wiring gurus out there.
Im also thinking the clutch signal switch could also be bad since the pcm pin 32 is reading constant 12v with key on and no driver.
Thoughts?

make sure your clutch position switch is adjusted correctly, i have mine wired the same way white/blue wire strait to pin 32, blue wire not attached to anything and it works perfectly.

Looking off of these instructions: For the blue wire, you need to "create a ground" for that circuit, not send it 12V. It looks like pin 32 sends 12v, not creates a ground.

I got it figured out last night, and its operating as it should.
Turns out it the adjustable clutch switch / cruise control kill switch was in at an angle and not contacting the clutch pedal. Thanks k_garretson.
Somehow one of the plastic retaining tabs broke, causing the issue.
After 2 years of the car being on the backburner (housemod) , I now have it back together and am ready to go racing again.
Thanks guys !
